SHIPPING RULES
Please keep in mind that depending on the order volumes, the delivery times noted below may be longer.
The products will be sent to the address you indicated in the order confirmation. Delivery time varies according to the delivery address. The following times apply to orders placed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays will be prepared on the next working day, except in special cases. If your order is delayed beyond these deadlines, please contact us.
– Deliveries in Tirana are processed and delivered within the day. Orders placed after 15:00 are shipped the next day.
– Shipments to other cities in Albania are processed and delivered within 24-48 hours.
The order is sent only to users who have correctly registered their address and contact number data. Any user that aims to resell products to third parties is prohibited. We have the right to cancel the delivery of the order if we suspect that the products are ordered for this purpose. Also, in special cases, we can limit the maximum order quantity for a given product per customer.
The advertised prices include VAT and do not include the cost of delivery, which will be added to each order according to the displayed policies. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
SHIPPING COST
For orders worth over 5,000 ALL in Albania, delivery is free. For orders worth less than 5,000 lek, the delivery cost is 300 lek for deliveries in Albanian cities and 200 lek for Tirana.
PAYMENT
Orders can be paid in cash, in LEK currency or the equivalent amount in foreign currency, to the delivery person authorized by our company or the courier from the delivery post office.
OTHER LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to add or remove certain cities or areas where we cannot deliver your order. These restrictions may change without prior notice.
RETURNS POLICY
At Skincode, we are committed to providing you with high quality skin care products that meet your needs and expectations. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary and we aim to make this process as simple as possible. Please read our Returns Policy to ensure you understand its terms.
- Conditions for Returns
We accept returns, exchanges and/or refunds only under these conditions:
- Errors in the Order: In cases where you find products that you did not request inside the parcel/shipping box. In this case, you must notify us and we will cover the costs related to the transport of the packages for you to receive the products you have placed in the order. In the event that the product to be returned has signs that it has been opened, it is no longer valid for return but must be paid for as part of the order, regardless of our mistake. To correct this error, the shipping cost is borne by the company, until the full delivery of the products according to your order.
- Product defect: In cases where the product has defects that come from the manufacturer, such as defective pumps, damaged containers, etc., which do not allow the use of the product under normal conditions. This includes cases where the product has signs of leakage or other defects such as changes in color, consistency or aroma.
